Background History
MAL Consultancy was founded in the year 2015 and has been in operation for the past nearly 5 years. She boasts of a strong heritage of solid Human Resource business strategy and governance knowledge, understanding and appreciation. We pride ourselves in being certified Human Resource Practitioners of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). We are also a fully registered and recognized Human Resource Services Firm with the same Institute.
MAL Consultancy Limited has membership in good standing with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom. We also hold membership in good standing with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States of America. We are SHL certified and Hay certified to use their various assessment, and leadership tools in Kenya.
